I was very pleased with my order ( 2 full sovereigns ) order was quickly dispatched and received the next day. I was never given any tracking information, which was surprising considering I spent over £700......And item was sent by regular recorded delivery not special delivery.

First purchase with Physical Gold. Purchased a 1/4 oz queens beasts coin. Item arrived in just two days and in the great condition as described. I had e-mailed asking for a tracking number and also request a certificate of authentication from Physical Gold, both were provided promptly. Would have given 5 stars had this been provided upon purchase otherwise a positive buying experience!

I felt the service was very good. I ordered the items and they arrived discretely packaged and in good time. My only issue was that the invoice and certificate did not list the coins and bars individually. This would help with my inventory and resale potential.

As a new customer it would be an advantage to see the price of each coin before purchasing, a written buy back guarantee would also something that would make new customers feel more confident in purchasing from Physical Gold. All in all a good service.

The order procedure and the information provided was very good. But I would like to have more feedback / information after the money transfer has been received by PG. It's been over ten days since the money transfer was completed and I have not been advised when the gold will be sent. I know it will be sent but a bit more contact would be appreciated, especially considering the amount of money involved. First time buyers may be a bit worried in a situation like this. I'm am comfortable with the situation, but only due to the fact I have dealt with PG several times in the past.
