I was satisfied with the customer service and the ease of use with the site. But my order too nearly a week to dispatch even though I was told it would dispatch after receiving my payment. But I understand that the stick for my order was low. I would recommend to others, but for some more research I found other firms that offer less over spot price. So I am afraid I may not buy for you guys again. But I cannot stress enough the quality of the customer service.
