“I telephoned to find out about delivrey and reveived the information that i required from *** (?) Ordering was easy and I am glad you can make arrangements to store gold as i will be buying more. You were the cheapest i could find. I received my gold within the allocated time.”

“Very efficient and easy to use website. Coins arrived quickly and safely.\nShow both sides of coins. Show credit card charges up front to avoid having to back-track and then put debit card details in. Need more detail on site on quality of coins/finish and side by side bullion value (other than for Troy oz coins), coin cost for bullion quality, coin cost for proof etc. With percentage increase in brackets perhaps. Increase accessories - perhaps some mini pirate treasure chests.”

“I was very satisfied with the simplicity of the overall procedure - one quick phone call and a funds transfer was all it took. The ins-and-outs were explained to me, a first time dabbler, clearly and concisely and I was told the buy-back price which I thought was fair. It was a good experience. \nNow for the criticisms: your website could be clearer on the up to date price because that's what people want to know first. Secondly, you need to accept debit cards.”

“The order procedure and the information provided was very good. But I would like to have more feedback / information after the money transfer has been received by PG. It's been over ten days since the money transfer was completed and I have not been advised when the gold will be sent. I know it will be sent but a bit more contact would be appreciated, especially considering the amount of money involved. First time buyers may be a bit worried in a situation like this. I'm am comfortable with the situation, but only due to the fact I have dealt with PG several times in the past.”
