“I would recommend sending gold bars in a box rather than a bubble wrap envelope , as it would be more professional, some customers might prefer to buy from another company who send in a box. I would recommend accepting amex as a form of payment and giving the customer the option to pay the surcharge themselves then at least you may not lose a sale.”

On line payment and delivery made next day,\nThe following month, received an email from Physical Gold offering further coins as they are only available infrequently. Again payment and next day delivery.\n\nPhysical Gold asked me to supply a list of all other coins that I wanted as they would keep it for any other coins that come into their hands.\n\nVery good service from the company - best of all coin dealers that I have dealt with.”
