“A bit more Communication from the Couriers. UPS send an email telling you that your shipment will be delivered before the end of the day. This means that you are waiting around for them without knowing what time they are going to arrive. This can be a little bit inconvenient and a phone call from them or a text message from them prior to delivery would be very useful.”
