“Easy to book. Great to have details and phone number of a pet travel expert and customer support team . You can’t beat speaking to an actual person, rather than a ‘chat bot’ if things need clarification.”

“Really easy to book with the dog. Most times it means phone calls and emails before you can be sure that the dog is welcome and is definitely booked in and expected on the day. Great idea. Will probably use again and will recommend. Just hope i dont get inundated with emails now 😊”

“Having never used 'Pets Pyjamas' I was a bit warry. Having looked on line and found some places that could be suitable, I received a phonecall from Zahraa who was extremely helpful. She offered to send me some recommendations following my preferences that I required. This she did and phoned me back. There was one I was interested in which she said is very good. With her helping i booked it and am now looking forward to our midweek break in June. I would like to thank her and look forward to the accommodation living up to expectations.”

“Excellent experience at our first booking for a hotel near Bridgewater - not just pet friendly but pet welcoming - we have come back for a hotel for the Easter weekend in Scotland and a cottage in the Lake District for our Summer break in early July”
