“I recently booked a holiday with Pets Pyjamas having been told of their excellent service by friends. My experience did not disappoint. Lynda from Pets Pyjamas took time to understand our needs and to suggest the most suitable options. She always responded quickly even way out of office working hours.”

“From making an initial enquiry to booking dog friendly accommodation all staff I dealt with were efficient, prompt with replies to any queries I had and knowledgeable. This made it a positive experience rather than a frustrating one, which it sometimes can be. An added bonus was that I didn't have to pay the additional fee for dogs of £10 per night.”

“We were looking to book a 1 night stay with a nice restaurant as it will be my birthday. We are travelling home after our holidays and found the Bears Paws not far from the M6.I had a question before booking and my query was answered very quickly so I was able to make my booking straight away. A very good experience. Looking forward to our stay.”

“The phone was engaged, so I left a message. My call was soon returned. I explain what I would like. About 10 minutes later, I got a phone call to say that the hotel was available for the dates Inhad requested AaAand so I made a booking, everything was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, I didn't get the booking confirmation by email. I had to ring Customer Care and the confirmation was sent by text, so there was no problem. The people were friendly and helpful.”

“After a bad experience with another booking site, Pets Pyjamas was an absolute breeze to book with. Easy to follow website and no problems booking a beautiful dog friendly hotel. I did have one query which I phoned up about and received a phone call straight back with everything explained. We’ve discovered some lovely new places to visit via this site. Would highly recommend if you’re taking your pooch on holiday with you.”
