“Awful I ordered some boot for my wife’s Christmas and they took my money but then said my bank card was showing fraudulent activity. I called my bank and they said it was nonsense because they wouldn’t be able to tell. I got a refund a few days later. Shoddy service I will never use these again!! I went else where and… guess what??!!! My card was fine!!!”

“Initial ordering was rather confusing as I wanted to pick it up from store rather than get it delivered but wasn't able to get stock checked or ordered over the phone, but it worked out OK. Store seemed a little short-staffed by having to also deal with phone queries as well as in-store customers but staff were very pleasant. Will try to get pet food from them again to support a local business.”
