“We were really happy with the service! Called the number and within the hour Leon arrived and had removed the nest! He was a really nice guy, super knowledgable, answered our questions and taught us a little bit about wasps which we really appreciated. We then contacted our surveyors who had missed the nest when we bought our house and Leon was all too happy to be contacted, provide evidence and give testimony with his expert opinion. This led to the surveyors accepting responsibility and refunding us for the cost of the removal (which was cheap anyway!). Really couldn't recommend them enough. Great job”

“I found DAvid Lanes extremely helpful in sorting my problem out and would have no hesitation in giving him five stars, efficient,polite and recommended the necessary treatment and helping me deal with the Chairman who has always blamed me for our problem, it wasn’t so the Management had to concede.”

“We had 2 visits paying £180 different poisons used and we still had little visitors as proven by fresh droppings we should be entitled to a full refund we will not use or recommend the company that's for sure”

“Was disappointed as the guy was here for less than 20 minutes and charged £84 just to put bait down in 4 rooms. I could've done that myself. I expected him to do more... He was extremely pleasant so not a criticism of him but you cannot justify charging that amount .....definitely will not recommend”
