“The team member that attended our property was very polite, thorough and informative for the first visit. He identified the way rodents were entering the house, put bait in all of these locations and confirmed when he would be coming back to double check in 2 weeks. He came back to our home 2 weeks later, and I made him aware of a smell in our kitchen that I couldn’t remove with cleaning products. Unfortunately, he dismissed the smell very quickly and said there was no way it was dead rodents - the smell worsened over the coming days, and upon further investigation / cleaning, we found 3 dead rodents. Although I appreciate he could not have categorically stated rodents would not die in our home, he said in the first visit that they were unlikely to, and that the rodents would take bait away and likely pass towards their nests. A little frustrating that my concerns over smell were dismissed with no investigation.”

“Kyle came out twice to sort out a wasp nest under our eaves . He was very polite and efficient . However the wasps are still present so unfortunately we are not completely satisfied with the service”

“Gentleman was friendly and helpful but was unable to locate the wasp nest. We still had to pay £60 and continue to be troubled by wasps. There should be a free call out charge as this was a lot of money to pay to an expert who effectively was no help at all.”

“When the operative arrived they were helpful and efficient however they were 24 hours later than agreed. The paperwork promised never arrived. The pests were disposed of but the rest of the operation wasn't ideal”

“The guy I had responded very quickly to my enquiry and attended that day which was impressive and useful as the rat was having a ball in the cellar. However at £85 a visit the customer was higher than I expected. In addition the poison used didn’t appear to do the trick in the timescales given and I eventually caught the rat with my own trap. So to summarise - quick and speedy response, very professional manner, but rather costly and in the end I could have managed without them.”

“We called in pest control because we noticed rats in the area where we feed the birds. Common sense told us to stop feeding the birds but we got pest control in anyway. Bloke pitched up where he explained it was because we were feeding the birds. Theres a theme here. We agreed to proceed and he baited a trap. Charged £180 and it was all over in 15 mins. Came back week later examined trap,no rats in trap but bait had nibbled. Concluded rat must be brown bread or have belly ache. Also by coincidence we stopped feeding birds. This took 8 and a half minutes. You only have to do this 5/6 times a day and you're a grand up,I'm £180 down and the birds are starving . Live and learn really.”

“The guy was great I've noticed reduce in dropping. However was happy as the first time I called the company he charged £80 and said he will coming in 2 weeks time to check. I did ask him will they be another charge. He said no it's part of the first payment. Anyway he came back in 2 weeks checked everything and charged me another £80. He did mention to him however he said no you need to pay. I couldn't be asked to argue with him. Never again will I call this company or recommend to anyone as cant stick to they word. Ripped off I've ordered the same pellets etc I'll just do it my self. Ide love to hear back from you however I know I wont. Good luck”

“I’m not rating your service yet as I am waiting for a third visit about my mice. I need to know exactly where they were getting in so that the access can be blocked which is not going to be easy. Is hole blocking part of your service?”

“Polite and quick service however I was told that if the treatment did not fully remedy the pest control problem then they would come back and retreat for free. I submitted 2 phone calls detailing that the problem had not been resolved but no one returned the calls. Pest problem was resolved by myself in the end.”

“Stewart has been very attentive whilst he has not been able to manage a second visit. Also the control so far has seemed to have been successful. We did think the price was fairly excessive for the work and equipment involved.”

“Came around on time, paid for two visits. ONLY GOT ONE! Had field mice in the kitchen, gave me advice, put down the poison. Asked about pets and checked that I fully understood what would happen. No call back to see if the problem was sorted. The mice went away, however though I followed the advice, seems that one might have returned.”

“The quality of the work was generally OK, although one set of bird spikes has since fallen off. The price charged was significantly more than that quoted after the initial visit and inspection. I consider this sharp practice.”

“no complaints, but my shed full of hornets had\nmoved on. There was a very small wasp nest\nabout the size of an plum,which he zapped.\nThen charged me Â£78 which I thought was very expensive”
