“Great and efficient service from Jay(Portsmouth ). I have a fear of mice and he could not have been nicer. Came round bas arranged. Took his shoes off when entering the house without being asked. Listened to my concerns had a thorough check of the rooms and laid bait boxes . Jay also went up in the loft and laid a couple of boxes and traps up there as well. 2nd visit Jay showed me the boxes in the loft that had been nibbled and put new blocks down . 3 rd visit appears the problem is resolved for now as no evidence. Jay was kind enough to move a couple of chairs for me to relieve my anxiety and show me there were no mice around. Would highly recommend Jay if you have any pest problem. Thanks Jay :)”

“The gentleman arrived promptly on both occasions, eager to address the issue and did so as promised. I wasn't happy about the initial area covered which I thought ought to have included the entire property. However, when I saw the result of the treatment applied focussing on the kitchen and the living room I was satisfied that the treatment was successful. I collected a few of the insects soon afterwards and then the count declinded over time. So far no pests have emerged of late.”

“Service was as expected, however lack of communication with updates poor. Jay had a bad attitude, he apologised for his rudeness several times, he apologised infront of the customer and asked for a hug, to hug it out ( his words not mine). Very bizarre.”

“Absolutely fantastic company and the gentlemen who came was called Dominic he was so good very helpful polite and so patient he helped me and my mum with our wasp situation and was there till the end couldn’t recommend this company enough, anyone with any pest issue get at this company you wont be disapointed at all.. “Came out looked around the house found one issue (which my husband fixed) put poison down made me pay upfront for 3 visits, then only came twice, didn’t respond to email about third appointment and still have an issue as where they are still getting into the house still not resolved now having to pay another company to help as no response from this one”

Hi Clare I’m sorry to hear we haven’t responded to you. I can see we first came out to your property in April 2024. Have you been in touch again recently? I only ask as I can find the original email correspondence between you and our technician in April 2024, but nothing since. I can’t see that you’ve called from your mobile (ending 777). It may be that you’ve sent a text directly to our technician? We have stopped displaying the mobile numbers that route calls to our technicians as they didn’t accept text messages. To prevent this, we now show regular phone numbers on the website not mobile. The mobile numbers still work if you call, just not text. Either way, I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t had a response, but we are here to help. Please let me know if you would like me to arrange for our local technician to get in touch. Many thanks James
