“Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable advice given. The problem was sorted within two visits, no problems since. My only comment would be the pricing structure was not totally clear from the outset. All in all the service was very good.”

“Jacob first discussed the alternative ways of dealing with fox which was digging holes under fences and in the lawn.Jacob stopped the fox entering the garden by spraying. It still has not come back. His treatment was therefore successful. He was always pleasant to talk to.”

“I was very pleased with PestControl overall; it got rid of our mice! On the first visit, the exterminator went round the house assessing the mouse population and putting poison in place. On the second visit, he sealed up mouseholes and checked the poison, which indicated that the mice were still a problem. He then suggested an optional third visit, to which I agreed. On this visit, he removed the poison trays and found the mice now seemed to have been exterminated. I was happy to pay £108.00, as agreed, for the first two visits, but rather taken aback when the third visit cost the same. I'd expected to pay a lot less for that, as it involved a lot less work, as far as I could see. So, though I was pleased with the outcome, I was disappointed with the overall cost.”

“Jamie was very punctual & professional when he attended our property. It took head office over two weeks before they issued me with the guarantee. This was after I had paid promptly via BACKS. I had to ask Jamie to chase it up for me. Which he did.”

“I found this to be a fast friendly service and would certainly recommend them. However, there were a few bees remaining which I reported but, after an exchange of emails, it wasn't followed up as I had expected. The bees aren't a major problem but it makes me wonder about their after-sales service. Other than that I would definitely use them again and would have given them 5 stars.”
