“Great costumer service in a quite unpleasant time. Having had a noise coming from our loft, I called a few numbers for help. One number said we most likely had squirels and that I had to call someone who specialised in that. That's where I called the Pest Control. Quoted price played a main part , though. Gareth came the very next day and at the time that suited around my work. He quickly established, that it was actually mice in our loft. He looked around the house for their entry point, that he blocked, put poison down and after that, it was just a waiting game for when mice got peckish. It took good 4-5 days for all the noise to disappear ... and me, histerically calling Gareth again (on a Sunday!) as I thought they were biting through the ceiling. Gareth was so understanding; explained how the poison worked and we agreed for me to call back in two days if I still heard noises. However, he called to check the next day and came out again (just to save my sanity, really) to top up the poison.”

“Fantastic service, quick to arrange initial appointment, phone call to say on the way. Understood my concerns and listened carefully and very reassuring. Gave great advice and was really honest about level of service needed and not needed. I would highly recommend this company to others due to the honesty and excellent customer service. “180.00 for a cursory 15 min inspection visit + 3 baited traps followed by a 10 min follow up visit was far too expensive and needless. no rats were caught either by pest control set traps or by identical traps set by homeowner initial panic viewing rats on property results in seeking expensive pest control assistance when same result easily achievable by buying cheap traps online”

“Kept me updated as to time of arrival by mobile. When the two operatives arrived, they practised good social distancing and Covid safe practices. Took time to carefully assess the rodent problem. Very thorough, including visiting my neighbour, and gave clear, helpful advice on steps that needed to be taken, and how to go about them.”
