My photo frame arrived damaged and because it was a staple that was bulging out the front I suspect it was sent out in this condition. I must admit I'm very disappointed as this is a bday present for my mum however I will wait for the reply from the after care team and hopeful resolution before I make my final judgement

I sent an email query on Sunday regarding my order (no confirmation e mail received). Received a response with a ticket number but still waiting for an answer to my query. (It is now late Tuesday afternoon). My account has been debited but not heard from anyone with order confirmation or delivery schedule. Would really appreciate a response. Ticket no 164915 with sixty stores

It may be my error and, if so, I will be more than happy to change my star rating (above). I needed to send a gift for the Diamond Wedding Anniversary of a couple to whom I was Best Man at their wedding in 1960. Having selected a pair of crystal wine glasses and set up the personalisation, I was somewhat surprised that there appeared to be now way of including any form of message with the delivery. Obviously, I set up the delivery address as that of the happy couple and myself as the Billing Address. I assumed that you would at least have included a note within the parcel to indicate where the gift had come from! My assumption was clearly incorrect as, although the delivery was made to the happy couple on precisely the right day (for which congratulations are due to you and the delivery organisation), they had to make many telephone calls to a list of their relations and friends to discover who had sent them their gift. As I said earlier, it may be my fault but may I suggest that 1. if you do have a facility for including messages, you make it much more obvious on you website, or 2. if you do NOT have such a facility that you seriously consider adding it to your ordering process. As you are an organisation specialising in supplying gifts - it's even in the name of your website - I feel sure that I am not the only shopper on your website to have sent a gift that the recipient(s) have no indication of the identity of the donor.

Pleased with the order process and the timely delivery. Unfortunately the watch was just thrown into the box, unfastened, not presented as it should be. I would also expect a child’s watch to be in a child’s box, not the brown adult box it arrived in.

Delivery was supposed to be 48 hours but it took over a week. Also, product came out exceedingly expensive once p&p was added- the p&p was a third of the price of the product!

I ordered 2 personalised candles which look like reasonable value from the website photos. However, I would have liked an indication of when they will be delivered once ordered. There has been no email since. If and when the candles arrive, I will be able to report of they look as good as on the website.

I paid extra to get my item delivered quickly, and it was.. however they didn't email me to let me know the item had been posted so I had to contact them. It's so simple to just let you know your item is on its way. Also, I don't think it is clear how long anything will take. I was quite pleased with my purchase, but it did look a bit cheap and wasn't to a great finish. It was pretty cheap so can't complain, but I don't think I will use them again.

I can't review the product yet as it's a gift and delivered to my parents. However I found the updates from ordering to delivery poor. No idea it had been shipped and it simply got delivered. Ideally I would have liked a shipping email so I knew to expect it so I could have told my parents to wait in.
