Ordered 2 Christmas baubles. The printing wasn’t as clear as I’ve had in the past 18 years (from this company and others) or as depicted on the website. I’d ordered too late for returns etc as needed for Christmas Day. However they did arrive promptly.

Poor communication No notification received of despatch. No royal mail tracking information provided. I placed the order and it just turned up unannounced. The item was as described

Whilst the products are amazing and I love them, what i don’t like was the fact that you don’t get order confirmation! Being a new mum sleep deprived back working at Christmas I couldn’t remember if I ordered the personal listed baubles. I couldn’t find any emails and I couldn’t pin point on our bank the transaction. So I reordered! To know have 4 of the personalised baubles! (2 each the same) it’s our mistake to make but when I couldn’t find confirmation email I panicked.

I had trouble with the web site, as at first it asked for my email and password under a guest basis, which I obviously would not provide, but once I got past that, all was well. As for the product and engraving I was very happy with that, although the 48 hrs delivery I paid extra for ended up 72hrs before it was delivered .

Great website and products however I just received my personalised gift box and it is very pale/faded, not like the picture on the website. When I first pulled it out of the box I actually thought the balloons were missing, quite disappointed. The photo I included makes it look more vibrant than it is.

Ordered two child's locket it arrived very quickly but would of been better if i was aware of the shipping day. Its smaller than i expected but its very cute. Amazed the amount of engraving. It was a bit tight to open.

I found the website by chance, I found it interesting and I made a purchase for my daughter's photo. Can't make a proper review as I still don't hace the product but I liked the idea of personalised photo album.

Not very satisfied with the service. I paid for next day delivery and received item 3 days later. Received no email despatch confirmation, only when I emailed for an update was I given this information. Item ordered was satisfactory.

My item wasn’t packaged great and the message isn’t centered like it showed in the picture. I also paid for next day delivery and it came days later!

OK, delivery is fine. Box is just that. By the time you add the vat and the delivery charge, you have bought an expensive box. To make this item a proper gift it would need to be filled with bits and pieces for a child to look at, and or play with.

I ordered 3 personalised decorations. When they arrived unfortunately 1 was broken. They were not well packaged. 3 small china ornaments put loosely into a quite large jiffy bag with no other packaging around them. I have emailed the company and sent photos but not had a reply. I also contacted the 'parent '?company sixtystores through PayPal but the email address they gave us invalid. Not happy.

Although the 2 photo albums we purchased were very good the fact that they were/are advertised as traditional silver albums & all that was silver was the trim around the personalisation is a little deceiving.
