“I thought the packaging was terrible it was squashed and very cheap looking! The compass was ok but looks a little marked. It will have to do though as the baptism it was brought for is in a few days.”

“The bracket itself is lovely but nothing like the picture online. Online it looks bigger and the writing looks better but the bracelet I wouldn’t say it’s worth £40 maybe more like £25. It’s for a baptism in October and now we have to spend money on something else to take with the bracelet as we can’t just go with the tiny thing. But the only good thing is that is is a lovely design”

“Ordered for my sons first birthday, Personalisation doesn’t quite look like the pictures shown. none the less I am happy with the order, bangle is of good quality, just wish you could add more words as there’s still a lot of space of bangle for more wording. Was impressed by Fast delivery”

“I paid for next day delivery it had been 3 days and you didnt send me a receipt, normally you get them in a email or something. This was quite worrying as itll be at least 4 days since i placed my order with next day delivery, and i have no proof other then my bank statement.”

“I was pleased with my order when it finally arrived, as I was starting to wonder when it would turn up. However, there was no delivery tracking information provided and I was fortunate that my order wasn't smashed when it was unceremoniously thrown over my garden gate by the delivery person. Thankfully, it was well boxed and protected and survived intact.”

“I was very happy with the photo frame & the engraving the only slight criticism I would have is not knowing when it would arrive, you pay extra but it took over a week to arrive so it starts 3-4 days after it is has been completed but how long does it take to complete? It also won’t allow you to ignore the additional charge of £4.95 so it does not give you a choice and this not made very clear from the outset. Otherwise the actual product is very good.”
