“I managed to use the computer to put my order in, instead of using the telephone, the ordering was easy to use, my order arrived, one order was wrong I received the gold vinyl angle bauble which read Layla, it should have read Lesley 2019, I telephoned and spoke to Naomi, she advised that I send an image of the bauble, my phone is a Nokia 3310, and I have no idea how to take an image and send, do you want me to send this bauble back so you can send the correct order?”

“Orded a personalised mug for my grandmother for Christmas on 1st December. The item arrived 3 days ago and the personalised inscription was wonky and one of the words smudged & unreadable. Have tried to get intouch with customer service but they seem to favour web forms & emails rather than clearly indicating a telephone number to contact them on. Haven't heard anything back from them. Disappointed. Customer care is not good. Personalisation was the downfall of this product!”
