“I did an online order from Singapore for my daughter & her family who lives in The Netherlands. It will be their first Christmas celebrating with their first 4 months old baby girl. “Impossible to make contact with, as contact form does not work. No communication after order email, money taken and still no dispatch confirmation, or delivery of goods. Really frustrating that you can’t talk to anyone to get issues resolved. Will never use this company again nor could I recommend that anyone else does.”
