“I have ordered from this site before and had no problems. However, this time was horrible. Today I received a parcel with the un-personalised items that I will be returning back to you and I am expecting a full refund due to the fact there’s is NO personalisation on the glasses. I have ordered from Sixty Stores before and have never faced an issue. However, the lack of customer care and assistance has been so poor I don’t believe I will ever return to this site- especially as I needed these gifts for friend’s birthdays.”

We do apologise for one of the items arriving late, this was a mixture of having to reproduce the item to pass quality control and Royal Mail talking a long time to deliver during this Christmas period. We do aim to get everything out and we did in time for Christmas. We'd love to change your opinion on your experience with us and we've sent you an email in regards to this.

“Great product however the delivery was very bad. I ordered my product with 24 hour delivery and it took a week and a half to arrive. Otherwise the product was great and my friend loved the present.”

Hi, We're sorry you were unhappy with the time however it came within the advised lead time, as our items are personalised we have to make them, this time varies depending on the product. Your item took 3-5 working days as advised and then was put on the delivery method chosen. We're glad your friend loved the present in the end.

“Ordered a personalized cup for our friend's birthday 21st. The last time I ordered something it arrived within 48 hours, so I expected the same this time. But it took 4-5 days to arrive so we had to give her her present late, I was quite crossed about that. Despite that the product was really nice and beautiful. I would have been fully satisfied if personalize gives more notice of how long "production and processing" time takes apart from the 48 hour delivery.”

Hi, we're sorry you didn't realise the personalisation time however as the personalisation time depends on the product, some items take 24 hours to produce while others like ceramics take 3-5 working days. These lead times are stated on the product page, the cart and the checkout as well as being advised in the email confirmation. “My review is based on one experience only. The gifts were great. However, the personalised Mr & Mrs mirrored photo frame was slightly scratched but due to the receiving the items after the wedding (when it should have been before) I had no time to send them back and had to give it to the couple as is. I got a slight refund but I didn't think it was good enough as the late dispatch wasn't communicated to me prior and I had to buy another present to avoid looking silly on the wedding day.”

Hi Dan, our engravings on glass items are done as thick as possible, any thicker and the glass will lose strength and be prone to breaking. We do offer printed glass items which are bolder. You can email us and we can look into your order as well. Personalise Team

“Disappointed, the glasses are not champagne flutes, the stems are a right length but the actual flutes are shorter. The etching is great and they were delivered quickly but unfortunately I don't think I will be giving them as a gift now. I think they need to put dimensions on the description as this would have prevented me from ordering.”

“Delivery was very efficient. However the glass itself was very bulky and not anywhere near as elegant as the photograph, which was extremely disappointing. The writing was professional and pretty however the glass arrived dirty and had to be washed prior to giving it as a gift. A nice novelty gift, but nothing more than that!”
