I paid for gift wrapping and my gin board came without! Also I didn’t put Lisa’s, thinking common sense would prevail, but my bad, I was worried it would come with Lisa’s’s!

Lovely tin but unfortunately the actual gift inside was damaged. Had to go out and buy strong glue to fix as didn't have time to return the item and wait for a replacement. Disappointed for my first order. However, accidents happen and it would not put me off ordering from here again.

I appreciated how way the shopping and personalisation experience was, but the lack of information, or difficulty finding information regarding how long manufacturing takes place has been frustrating. Having paid for shipping, it’s disappointing to have no way to track the progress of the manufacturing to have an idea of when it will ship and arrive, hopefully it eventually does - but I won’t know when to expect it! Which isn’t ideal for what’s intended to be a birthday present.

Though we liked the product we ordered, the delivery was longer than expected. With Covid-19 happening I accepted it would be longer. However, I wanted an up-date on a rough delivery time. I sent an email and I am still waiting for a reply, the email was sent on the 11/05/2020

The gift I bought was of high quality, and priced keenly. Communication, and tracking options; poor, or not obvious. Time for delivery okay.

Designing the product and ordering was very simple however after purchasing it was all very frustrating. I received no order confirmation email. The product should have been delivered in 48hrs we got it a full week later. (All prior to current situation) extremely disappointing.

It took longer than expected to arrive and I chased over a few days and the phone experience was great as first Mail and ring back but she didn't ring back =. The parcel arrived the next day.

I have no recieved confirmation that my order has been dispatched only that it has been confirmed, the website was easy enough to use but I’m worried Slightly worried about not actually receiving it, I hope i get it soon :)

Quite a good choice of products, which is good. Wasn't impressed by the pricing and checkout system - by the time VAT and postage was added, my seemingly good-value product had almost doubled in price! But the product quality and originality look good.

Unable to get an update of the status of my order. It has said ‘complete’ for 2 days but no confirmation whether it’s been dispatched or when it’s due to arrive etc. Tried twice to fill in the ‘contact us’ form on the website and it keeps saying that there’s an issue and the request can’t be sent.. no way of getting an update. Hoping it’s not a scam website at this point.
