“Shocking service. When the item finally arrived it was damaged, raised a case with PayPal as that was my payment method and am now expected to return a damaged item at my own expense or not receive a refund. The contact details on the order confirmation email don’t work, and the email address listed on PayPal bounced back and we’ll not talk about the advertised phone number.”
