“Really disappointed! I have never had to write such a negative review. No standard emails or texts sent to keep me updated about the progress of my order. I was relieved when the parcel arrived. No proof received that these are freshwater pearls! They look more like deformed pebbles than pearls. The personlised message is written in this horrendous orange/ brown colour. The size of the font is so small, it actually looks silly. I feel embarrassed gifting this to a dear friend. Here's me thinking she will love such a thoughtful gift. If I give it to her she will probably think super tacky stringy ex-friemd! What a waste of time and money. I actually feel sick”
