“Since losing both parents recently I ordered 3 personalised xmas balls for myself and my 2 brothers to remember them by each xmas - the balls arrived and only part of the personal message could be read - after reaching out to customer services to see if anything could be done to rectify this I was told NO! I didn't ask for a refund or new items I just wanted what I'd ordered - Very poor customer services and they wasn't cheap either! so now I'm stuck with 3 balls with half a personalise message on each! I'm gutted!”
