“Bought a calendar on 14/11/20 for my son for Xmas. Realised on invoice 2 minutes later that it was January 2020. Couldn’t phone do emailed them to say please put for 2021 as Xmas present. Got a reply with ticket number. No call back after 5 days so called them to get advised it’s been sent out. I explained about email and they said they couldn’t find ticket number and must be an IT issue... they can’t get through to IT and have been so unhelpful. Never buy of these scammers they have various websites including Shed.co.uk which reviews are awful. Please please don’t buy”
