“I haven’t received my order yet, so this is purely a review on the ordering process. Found the site easy to navigate, and found what I was looking for quickly. Once I had decided what personalisation I wanted on the item, it would have been helpful to see a preview of it on the item. I’ve ordered anyway, so fingers crossed! One other thing, with delivery, it says something like ‘5 days after production’?! So I have no idea when it will arrive because I dont know how long production takes! More clarification on that would be helpful.”
