“The webisite was so user friendly but order has not been recieved yet as just recently placed”

“I did not receive a confirmation email after placing order which was promised. My product turned up 4 days later which I was happy with, but unfortunately the printing I was not happy with there were capitals and lower case in the name (JOHn) and in Happy BIRTHDAY. I have checked my order which on the front was all in capitals.”

“The product was fine but delivery was much too slow, requiring follow-up emails. Please don’t promise delivery within 10 business days if you can’t fulfil the statement. A substantial personal outlay would have been wasted if I had not chased my order - it arrived finally on the day it was required, over 17 business days from order. Not good.”
