“So there I was scrolling on the World Wide Web, trying to find a decent personalised gift website. Then out of no where I came across this beauty!! I couldn’t believe my eyes!! What an absolutely delightful website this is!! I ordered 2 Personalised champagne flutes (for my mother and maid of honour) quicker than it takes my fiancé to take my bra off! I kid you not, this is the easiest website I have ever used, clear images, clear prices, clear quantities wanted, what more could you want?? I rate this website 10/10, highly recommend and will be using again for sure! You’d be silly not to use this website, so what’s stopping you?”

“I paid extra to get my item delivered quickly, and it was.. however they didn't email me to let me know the item had been posted so I had to contact them. It's so simple to just let you know your item is on its way. Also, I don't think it is clear how long anything will take. I was quite pleased with my purchase, but it did look a bit cheap and wasn't to a great finish. It was pretty cheap so can't complain, but I don't think I will use them again.”

“Misled as personalised bottle of red wine received without presentation box. The advert showed personalised bottle in blue lined cardboard box. I would never have paid £18+ for personalised label and ordinary bottle of red wine. On checking order confirmation I see there is no mention of box. A complete con. Also disappointed with label!!”

“This was the first time I have ordered anything from this company and I was very pleased with it. It arrived quite quickly and safely and it is a lovely personalised gift which I may have struggled to get anywhere else. The price was competitive and I was aware it was a more luxurious item than going elsewhere for it. I would buy again and it has given me ideas of future presents for friends and family.”

Hello, I can see that you were in touch with our customer services last week and the order has, in fact, arrived on the day of your review as confirmed by you. I can also see our customer service agent has been in communication with you and asked for your details so they could help you further. I'm sorry you felt so very negatively about our service to give us 1 star although you placed your order on the 17th of August and we delivered within the lead time promised on the product page.

“Amazing service, ordered a wine bucket to be engaved on 17.08 and was slightly concerned as I needed it for 28.08. Oh me of little faith, its arrived today 20.08 and thats using the 48hr after production delivery service. The wine bucket is superb and only matched by the service level. Other companies take note, this is how it should be done. Thank you.”

“Their amazing, they give You a wide range of options from birthday , for her or him or even just a simple gift for a loved one , theirs many personalised gifts for the right people , they allow you to personalise in any way, and even delivery is quick , my first time ordering was a great experience as I’d never personalised a gift but I then ordered from here again as it’s welcoming and has such an easy process to get the perfect gift , I would recommend this if you want to put a smile on your loved ones face xx”
