“Was a little disappointed in the quality. The lid hinges were loose on arrival so had to tighten then and the wood was of a poorer quality than I expected.”

“Ordering the product was easy however since the order was placed there is no indication when the item will be dispatched or delivery date. This is a gift to go overseas so concerned about the timeline for posting for Xmas.”

“Order placed but no email confirmation received. Checked on website few days later to see I should have had the delivery by now - but I haven't. Filling in their enquiry form, which doesn't have a space to ask a question, I got an automated reply! Not a good start to the first time I used this company.”
