“The website would be easy if you only wanted one thing, found it and paid for it. I wanted a few things, but you can't go backwards and forwards easily. You have to more or less start again and go through each menu each time you look at something to find what you want to buy. I was able to order what I wanted, but it took a really long time. I can't answer the other questions because I haven't recieved my items yet.”

“The product itself was fabulous, but unfortunately the wooden spoon that was ordered was missing. Arrived well packed and in a timely fashion. Had it not been for the missing wooden spoon, it would have been five star all the way. I shall be ordering again.”

“Was really easy to find your website based on my internet search. The website is easy to use and had lots of options to choose from. I was looking for personalised glasses as my mum broke the glass I brought her a few years ago. It was very straight forward to personalise the items and I can't wait for them to arrive. They are going to make great Christmas gifts.”

“I did not receive a confirmation email after placing order which was promised. My product turned up 4 days later which I was happy with, but unfortunately the printing I was not happy with there were capitals and lower case in the name (JOHn) and in Happy BIRTHDAY. I have checked my order which on the front was all in capitals.”
