“I made a spelling error on a name and emailed them immediately with the correct spelling they said they would get back to me within 48hours and no one bothered. The items take long to come but well packaged the cups are small and not the average size mug. The customer service is poor and because if this I won’t be ordering from here again.”

“Ordered on the 6th December and still waiting for my Order to arrive. When I contacted you, I just got emailed to say it was dispatched on the 11th December. It’s now the 19th. I’m still waiting. I’ve received no tracking information. Not very reliable.”
