“We liked the range of goods and were able to choose a great gift for a close family birthday present. The website app to personalise the gift was easy & clear to use, and really helpful to see the images as we added text. The present arrived within 3 working days of ordering which is amazing in the current situation. This review would have been 5* however the ordering process went awry & we didn't receive any confirmation of order or that delivery was on the way - something for Personalise to sort out.”

“Was quick delivery and is absolutely lovely, but the packaging was wasn’t good, it was polistiren with a big hole in so u could see what it was and they just left it in the porch”
