“Delivered to the wrong address, almost impossible to talk to anyone, one phone number with 3 extensions same man answers all 3. After being cut off several times. Would not give customer services number. When managed to get an email through, was told we were at fault !!! Very poor company, would advise not to buy from them, very very poor service.”

“I purchased this personalised wedding certificate holder and photo book, it was for American friends. When they received it they cried with delight! They had never seen a wedding certificate holder before and the wedding planner took the photo book (I filled with photos) to the weeding reception. They were in awe! Delighted with that response thanks for the speedy delivery too as I was late ordering and it came day before we left for the states.”
