“I ordered a personalised drinking bottle. It came within 4 days and is great. My only slight critisism/observation is that once the order was confirmed via email I heard nothing regarding that it had been dispatched or when it would be delivered. Not a huge problem but unusual these days.”

“The website is very unclear. It is impossible when you have to contact them for a wrong item received. The teddy did not have the personalised message I asked for. The only option I had was this review when I wanted to write a private message. Terrible quality control or it could be a rip off and all teddys have the same message which is Sonny.”

“Placed the order last week, have not even received email confirmation of order. This is the first communication and they ask for a review!!! So yes I placed an order and paid for it. Have no idea when I will receive it although it said the item was in stock. So I would suggest the seller gets their ducks in a row before asking for a review. At least deliver the item as the subsequent questions are pointless”
