“Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Misunderstanding with the delivery which was my fault. Emailed and received a quick response, and item arrived the same day. Jewellery box is exactly as I ordered and quality is amazing. Thank you and as I said before will order again.”

“DO NOT USE - Steer well clear Ordered a personalised glass bauble and it arrived blank. Contacted customer service and they said I ordered it blank. I insisted that I did input text and that there was obviously a problem with website software. Why would anyone order a blank bauble from a personalised website. Dreadful customer service. Make sure you read reviews before dealing with this company. There are many others that this happened to!! If you can, please contact me. I am going to start a class action against this company.”

“My order arrived a few days ago. One of the four glasses was broken. A mat was folded in half in the box, in an envelope that said Do Not Bend on the front! Really disappointed, but I must give credit to Personalise.co.uk - they have responded really well and really quickly. This afternoon we've received replacements for the mat and the glass (plus a spare). Excellent customer service. Thanks all!”

“Steer Clear - Ordered 2 personalised egg cups and they arrived blank. Contacted customer service and they said I ordered them blank. I insisted that I did input text and this appeared at the checkout and if I wanted 2 plain white egg cups I would go to pound shop. Terrible customer service. Read reviews on Trust Pilot - I am not the only one that this happened to!!”
