“Paid 48 hr postage. Allowing a slight delay in production and postage because of the festive season I still wouldn't expect not to ha e recieved this 11 days after order. Personally won't buy from this company again because when I emailed to ask for them to look I to it I was told by the first person on the 6th December that my order was dispatched on the 1st then on the 9th I ask the same question amd told it was dispatched on the 2nd I eventually received a tracking number after pushing for one to find that it doesn't exist. No help from this company at all other than not their problem now and to take it up with royal mail.”

“I Ordered the LED name lights for Christmas presents for my daughters for her friends as she wanted something a little different to give them this year. I grew a little concerned after 2 days as I had not received email confirmation (not in spam folder either) and thought oh no! been scammed again!!!!! I contacted them through their contact us page and within 24 hours I had a response to confirm my order and a copy was sent to me. This alleviated my concern and 3 days later I received the order :) The items were packaged individually and carefully & look great, Very pleased with the purchase. I cannot fault the Customer Service & overall service received. I would highly recommend this company to family & friends and have now found my go to company for future personalised items. 10* from me :)”
