“I ordered some items, delivered in good time. When I opened the box it was apparent I had ordered the wrong items. The lady on the phone was a joy to deal with, items are now sent back and delivery back to Permagard is acknowledged. I had a problem (of my own making) Permagard sorted it out. Now I just have to take care to order the correct items. Thank you.”

“I have brought the Microshield ultra product after using there products some years ago, previously I had found the product to do what it states - repels water.., protecting the wall I have brought the microshield for a single skin garage on my property, I've not had the opportunity to apply this product at present due to the so called micro climate in Shaftesbury,Dorset - hence 4*”

“I can't rate the product yet as I haven't had the time to use it. But the delivery service was excellent. I was kept up-to-date via the tracking system and it arrived during the time slot that it said it would.”

“Correctly applied products, as advised by Permagard, prevented water ingress to my garage. It is essential to carefully follow the tanking procedure exactly to the instructions on product containers and Permagard website. Permagard helpline assists with enquiries preferably made before starting the various tanking applications. Due to the very fast setting times of the powder material in the various tubs,(one is only 3 seconds and begins to harden almost immediately)prepare small amounts at the point of application. An excellent product ,but not an average DIY task .So if in doubt recommend products to an approved company to do the work If you decide to do the work, you MUST follow the safety advice to the letter. Googles, gloves mask,(to prevent inhaling the powder) ,hat, coat and skin covering . These safety requirements will also apply to anyone assisting you Finally is it worth it? Definitely. As I no longer have water pouring out of my garage every time it rains!”
