“Excellent service from the company product arrived promptly and well packaged. The product when applied to roof timbers using a sprayer achieved considerably more coverage than expected, low odour makes such a difference when working in loft spaces.”

Hi Robbie. We're sorry that the product you ordered wasn't what you needed in this instance. Unfortunately, since there was no fault and the item was ordered in error, our options for returns are more limited. However, as we discussed, we are happy to refund the order if you are able to arrange return delivery to us. If you have any more questions, please do get in touch with the team. The Permagard team.

“Fast and efficient service. I used the woodworm treatment on a large barn. The product sprays well and has a low odour, easily penetrates the wood with very little run off.”

“Although shipping isn’t cheap it was surprisingly fast which was good. I’ve washed the black mould in our wall with the permaprotect mould wash as per instructions. All I can say is so far so good. It was removed very easily and so far hasn’t showed any signs of reappearing after 4 days.”

“Many thanks for the rapid delivery of the kit I ordered, I used the cartridges to renew an area of previously treated damp proofing in a sandstone-wall in my 250 year old house. Using the previously drilled holes your product was injected as instructed, there is evidence that an improvement is already visible, many thanks.”
