“Hi The vent looks b good my only concern is there is no membrane inside the pipe and I was under the impression that this had something inside the tube please let me know if this is the case Kind regulars s Dion”

“Easy to apply and clean the Brush. Product is taking a long time to dry and adhesion to concrete floor appears poor.”

Hi Martin, We are sorry to hear you are having issues with this product. If the paint seems to be having problems with adhering to the concrete floor, then there may still be some laitance or dust on the surface preventing a good initial bond. The paint may also be taking a longer time to dry due to high humidity levels. Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - it is great to hear you were pleased with the product! We package some of our liquid products inside a bag, within a bucket for transport reasons. In case the bucket is somehow damaged in transport, the bag means that fingers crossed, none of the product is lost! The Permagard Team

“Package had already been opened. There were scratches on the fan. One screw going into the diffuser had a cracked washer. The diffuser housing (the part which the ducting goes onto) did not have any spigots for the bolts. Very dissapointed”

The fan comes straight from our supplier - we will contact them and ask for them to send out a replacement diffuser housing for you. “Place my order and it came sooner than expected. There was one item missing and a simple phone call and they was happy to send out the missing item which arrived the next day. It when the order is not right and you make the dreaded phone call and you get a understanding and fair person at the other end of the line. And not 20 question and an argument. “I have used this before after a water-softener leak and it worked really well allowing us to re-paper and paint without any staining. We are using it again after another leak with a new water-softener and have confidence it will work well. The service is hassle-free as well with fast delivery and the container was well-packaged.”
