“I took six days for me to receive the package. TNT did not dump it at my door (which is good). I did not hear them knock on my door. I was at home for the five days. There was no notification of the expected delivery time or day. A nearby neighbour brought the package to me on Monday 23/8/21. They had been waiting for me to collect it. TNT failed to leave me a note to tell me. So I was unaware where the parcel was. Permagard have supplied me with Lignum insecticide a few time recently. The product and service is good. The delivery company is the problem.”
