“I was not sure how difficult it would be to repair the cracks in my garden brick wall as I have not done this before, but the instructions I received with the product were very easy and straightforward to follow. I am very pleased with the overall result and it did not take that long to do, although I did use a grinder to remove the old mortar which I think saves a huge amount of time. Hopefully the cracks will now stabilise and I will not have any more appear.”

“Since i will be unable to use the cream until this Summer my comments are restricted to the phone conversation with a representative of the company which was extremely informative and professional. The materials arrived the very next day after ordering . Downside and only small things 1) A text advising day of delivery would have been useful. Fortunately i was at home that day. 2) Packaging, why use polystyrene ? A cardboard /paper packaging would have been far better environmentally.”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback on your order. We are currently working on ways to improve our delivery service where we can and I will pass your feedback on to the team. In regards to our packaging, the peanuts included in the box are biodegradable. Simply chuck them out in the general waste and they’ll harmlessly dissolve as soon as they come in contact with water.
