“Sent somebody elses's order but rang and correct order was sent the same day and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic. So in that respective service was good. Can't comment yet on the product as it is exterior weather protector cream and the real test will be autumn and winter next year.”

“Called prior to order, and technical support chap was very helpful, good advice given and was able to answer all my questions. Delivery was superfast, ordered Thursday and delivered the next day. Packaging excellent. Haven't used the product yet but if its anything like their service, I'm sure it would be good. I read about Permaguard on many forums before commiting to buy. Similar products available for cheaper elsewhere but I wanted peace of mind buying from a professional company who use professional products.”
