“Happy with the products not happy with the delivery, especially after the second time of adding a delivery note stating not to leave outside my front door!!and to leave over side gate, but yet again was left outside my front door where could’ve been stolen”

We’re genuinely sorry about the delivery experience - we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after you clearly added delivery instructions to avoid exactly this situation. We can confirm those instructions were passed on with the order, but unfortunately the courier driver did not follow them on this occasion, which is not the level of service we expect on your behalf. Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we’re sorry to hear about your experience. When preparing the cartridge, only the tip of the internal seal should be trimmed before fitting the nozzle. If the opening is cut too far back, or if the nozzle or drill hole is partially obstructed, pressure from the applicator can cause the cream to discharge unexpectedly rather than flowing smoothly through the nozzle. “Great value kit , could of done with 50 more plugs as 2.4 x1.2 sheets of plasterboard we’re going to be attached with foam adhesive ,,i would at some w in the near future like to arrange a meeting with one of your rep’ to discuss insurance back schemes and becoming a registered installer of your products many thanks Lawrence”

“Leaky golf club cellar more or less sorted. Painted coat followed by thicker troweled on after abrading old masonry paint and then a micro seal masonry paint. It was pouring through in places and seeping elsewhere but the product has been very effective.”
