Hi Frank, Thanks for your review and for ordering from us. We're sorry the kit components didn’t all arrive together on the same day. With this type of membrane kit, the plugs, washers and drill bit are packed together, while the 2m membrane roll has to travel separately because of its size. Although they're sent with the same courier, they can be sorted differently once they reach the courier depot, which can occasionally mean they arrive at slightly different times.
