PermaCOAT PRO One Coat Epoxy DPM is a two-component epoxy system that typically becomes ready for overcoating within 4–6 hours and reaches full chemical cure within 7 days when applied under the correct conditions.
If areas remained soft after 7 days, this can sometimes be caused by factors such as incomplete mixing of the two components, incorrect mixing ratios, application outside the recommended temperature range, contamination on the substrate, or excessive moisture conditions requiring a different application approach. The product should be applied immediately after mixing, and both the ambient and floor temperature should remain above 10°C during application and curing.
