“We ordered at short notice and the lady at the call centre couldn't have been more helpful. On arrival the elderly delivery driver had difficulty moving the pallet from the back of the lorry, this should have sent alarm bells ringing!! Although we have a dropped kerb and was told this was ideal for delivery the driver was unable to pull/push the pallet and after several attempts he found it had slipped off the trolley and was stuck. My husband and I tried to help him but by then it was too late. The angle of the pallet was such that we couldn't move it. The driver simply said, "I will just have to leave it then" and went! unfortunately as the pallet was half on pavement and half on drive we then had to move the slabs by hand...just as it started to rain. However.....I think we were just unfortunate with him...the slabs are wonderful and the builder who layed them said he was impressed with the quality. Would definitely order again for such a good price/item, however, would ask for a fitter delivery driver ;-)”

“i would recommend them to anyone, easy to place an order, i emailed several times to change delivery dates, this was always responded to immediately. delivered on the day agreed and saved nearly £200 on local garden centre price for same stone.”

“The girls at the Paving Store were so helpful even when their supplier wasn't. I had most dealings with Cherie who became like a friend. I wish all companies were like this. I now have a lovely garden at least when the snow goes I will. Highly recommend them.”
