“Although some items were unavailable due to the covid 19 disruption this was quickly communicated to me and alternative options suggested which helped me as much as possible and the remainder of the order was sent quickly and really happy with the product and the delivery companies communication too. Will be using them for my other landscaping projects”

“The clay pavers I bought are good but there was a hidden cost. The weight of the pavers (15 square metres) was so much that they had to be split on to two pallets. This was an additional cost of £120. To be fair this is paid to the delivery company. The delivery was good with the pavers brought down an alley to our back gate. However I had to wait 10 days and when I lost patience and called the delivery company I found that they were just about to arrive.”

“Easy online ordering delivery was ok apart from you are told to check for problems while the driver is there which is a bit hard when you have disabilities and the pallets are wood crates then covered in thick plastic ( which is good to protect goods) that I could not see through and would not been able to open so couldn't check. Will have to wait for someone to open it for me and hope there's no damages”
