“I have recently purchased a plan for 21, Meads Road, Alsager ST7 2NN. The downloaded copy showed No. 20 rather than 21. To indicate the red-edged boundary was almost impossible !! The dwelling too was included as a red edge, which has caused problems with Registration with Cheshire East. I am trying again but with difficulty. The Red-Edge Cursor refuses to let me put a red-edge boundary on the site. It won*t even allow me to delete and start again !! It might be my computer, who knows !! Can I please be sent a 1:1250 showing the correct address and a red edge on the plot boundaries only? Yours Frustratingly, but recognising these faults might be attributed to me !! “I buy all my OS plans from Buyaplan because I find the site easy to use. My only comment is that on the screen the red boundary line is easy to see, but when the actual plan is downloaded the red line is fairly faint, which is difficult to see. The thinner line also occasionally doesn't seem to be quite in the right place, the fatter line had covered plotting discrepancies. With small sites, I need to plot the boundary lines at 1:200 or 1:500 to get the cross lines in the right place, but the website doesn't suggest this.”

“1) When you first join the Login process is a bit frustrating i.e. not straightforward to register. 2) The process of buying 2 plans at a discount could be more user-friendly. 3) The planning portal requests Location Plan and Block Plan - Buy A Plan offers a Site Plan and Block Plan.”

“We have given a 4 out of 5 as although the service does what we need, it could be more adaptable and user friendly. I would like to be able to print the area I need rather than a set area which is sometimes too small or too large for my needs, for example: requirement to show nearest A road. I also find it a touch expensive as a regular user, a members or loyalty rate would be appreciated.”

“BuyaPlan is really easy, quick and cheap and so I use it for the Location Plan and Block Plan that are needed to submit planning applications for my planning consultancy. I would prefer it though if you could get the plan on a larger page to more accurately draw the red line around the site and it would be good if there was an easy way to order different scales once the red line is drawn - you only have one chance to order a different scale for the discount so if you miss it you have to start all over again. So a few tweaks to the ordering process and I would give it 5 stars.”
