“Plan was easy to centre and highlight relevant area. If I had any criticism it would be that the writing at the bottom of the map is in tiny font even though there is 50mm of blank space beneath that could be utilised with making the font bigger and clearer. Downloading and printing the plan was a doddle.”

“A good service, reasonably priced which I usealmost exclusively for TPO applications. A small but annoying point is that it does not always have the address I require. At times the menue goes awry and one has to start over again, however, this may be due to my ineptitude.”

“Does the job, but it’s annoying to be unable to annotate the 1:500 block plan to show the building in question on the site and its proposed footprint. It means printing out the plan, doing annotations manually and then re-scanning, with loss of quality.”

“I think it would be good to have a discount for buying several different plans in the same purchase rather than only for 2 of the same plan at different scales.”

“Thank you for the 2 plans. Am very pleased with what you have supplied. When printing your 1 to 500 plan, the scale ended up as 1 to 526 according to the scale bar in the bottom LH corner of the plan. The 1 to 1250 plan ended up as 1 to 1315.”

“I find using your site a bit different to use when buying location and block plans together. Other sites allow them to be bought as a package”

Thank you for your feedback. You can buy them together with a 10% discount. After adding one item to your basket you can select the button that mentions adding the same plan in your basket with the discount.

“It's a very competent service and for technical people, I'm sure, would be very easy indeed to use. However, It would be much appreciated by your older (and very 90 yr old customers) if it could be possible to make the marking of coloured lines on the chosen plan a bit easier. I'm afraid I got mine in quite a state, but one needed an 'erase and start again' button, and a very steady mouse-hand, to do the job properly. However, a good system, and thankyou.”
