“Needed a boundary plan for the Land Registry to the scale given by Buy a plan. Had a bit of fuss trying to outline the property but eventually did enough to submit it and not have to get an architect to draw a new plan.”

“The plan was acceptable for the planning authority although a little more pricey thanbuyng direct from Ordanance survey. Also kt would be helpful if the plans used the standard planing nomenclature .. BLOCK PLAN is n missing from the description. A little more narrative on the use of each plan would be helpful (eg location plan and site plan appear to be the same plan!)”

“I have one problem with the plans for planning, they request the name of the road to appear and possibly a second road and on more than one occasion I have not been able to show this .Which meant I have had to print it off and write the name on and then scan.Is there any way you could add a tool that allows you write the name on your chosen plan if you need to? I have seriously thought of going with some other company.”

Dear Ian,thank you for your review and your feedback. You can manually change the title on step 3 of your order 'confirm title of my plan'. Otherwise the plan is downloaded with the address you provided as the title. I hope this helps.

“Website & instructions easy to follow and the cost for each plan requested was clear. I would have liked to have been able to refine part of the plan a bit more, but it is easy to see where the boundaries are”

“This product has been very useful to me as I regularly submitt Building and planning applications to various local Authorities' Please can I make a couple ofcomments I have found the self draw tool for highlighting boundaries of ownership on location plans is clumsey to use. The line is very wide compared to the lines on the OS plans so it is difficult to be sure you have drawn over the boundary line accurately. Also could there be an option to review the plan when the boundaries have been drawn prior to agreeing to purchase kind regards Stephen”
