“This feedback was provided at the time I had to seek technical advice because I unwittingly hit the maximum amount of map previews. Tech Support got back to me and resolved the query very quickly. Nature of problem was a follows: I went to download a map, but each time I tried to do the complicated red line I had to hit Esc and start again, whereas, all I wanted to do was go back one/two red dots. I didn't want to start the whole exercise again. Each time I hit Esc one of my 'lives' was lost!”

“Great service, immediate and at any time of day or night, which suits how I work. Reasonably priced, but surprised that there's no discount for the purchase of location plans for multiple addresses, in the one transaction.”
