“My Surveyor was unavailable and the planning authority gave me very limited time to produce a block plan. Your software did the job perfectly and saved a further application and fee.”

“After Paying £30 for Location & Block Plans the local Council rejected the plans as there is a glitch on your software. I asked for Site boundaries in Red line and Property outline in Red But With both activated the print out had a black line where the Boundary & Property outlines are on Top of each other. This caused a delay in that our plans were not put through to planning committee on identified date causing delays to our Planning Permission”

“Very easy to use once you have done it a couple of times. My only criticism is and its more on me than the service. I keep forgetting to mark the outline of the proposed New project. Maybe a reminder when you mark out the boundaries might help.”
