“It’s all good except as you draw a boundary it would be good if this automatically pre-populated the different scale plans. So if you change your mind you don’t need to draw again. Also because ours was a tricky boundary line it would’ve been useful to draw it in large scale before then ordering it in a smaller scale.”

“worse site ever bought a plan didn't even have the correct information on emailed was told to buy another plan wouldn't refund so now out of pocket AVOID AT ALL.COSTS”

Sorry to hear this Stuart. We did offer a refund of 70% as you did make a mistake red lining the plan but you have not accepted this.

“My partner and I both purchased plans for our plot. Neither of us could download it despite using different computer and laptops. I contacted BUYAPLAN and after numerous automated emails i received an answer saying that the payments had been interrupted and they will be refunded. I would have to order a plan again. I have received no refund no plan and no responses for none of my further emails or online enquiries forms regarding the refund. They were happy to take the money but no plans or assistance offered. DO NOT USE!”

“Just what I needed. I was told after the build started that I had to have planning permission for my extension, as the building had a covenant on it. I already had permission and had paid out to follow building regs. It was nice to find your site where the documentation was quickly dispatched and affordable as I had not budgeted for the unforseen extra costs. It was so instant, easy to download and print off. It gave me the incentive to tackle drawing the plans.”

“Good effort but for the small home I used your plans were poor, incorrect on scale / dimensions and contained an incorrect existing built area!!! Accurate dimensions are crucial for LDC / Conservatory so your "plans' are inadequate unfortunately!”
