“It was such a simple task. I had assumed that I would have to employ an architect but the Local authority suggested your site. I had my plan in minutes and payment was simple.”

“The plan was rejected by the planning authority because it drew the red line around the site and also the small parcels within it that made up the garage. There was no way to amend it, so it was a waste of money.”

Hello Andrew, sorry to hear that. The red lines were added by you and if they were on the wrong property then unfortunately we cannot be responsible for that. We do offer a 70% refund in this case but you haven't contacted us.

“First time ever the red boundary was feint & not prominent, the planning officer questioned it before accepting same. Otherwise great service.”

“Out of the three I tried this was the only one I could get the drawing function to work on. That said it’s extremely difficult on an iPad where you don’t have a mouse. In the end I resorted to good old Tippex and a pencil to get what I wanted. Very frustrating!”
