“Excellent online service and excellent product. My only suggestion is that there should be the opportunity to get a plain black and white version as sometimes colour is not needed or hampers the reason for purchasing the plan.”

“A good and easy to use website. The only thing missing was the scale of the plan. The measurements were there but it would be helpful to have 1:500 or 1:1250 shown.”

“Causes problems not having DWG or DXF file. Map should have 2 road names for planning and this is not possible without larger map and increased cost. I had to resort to pasting road name as image into pdf - took me 2 hours -very annoying - All I needed was a DWG -problem solved :-(”

Hi John, we do offer DWG and DXF mapping via our www.mapserve.co.uk site. There's a link on the top menu 'CAD plans' on www.buyaplan.co.uk that will have taken you there. I hope this helps.

“The website and software were clear and the manipulations offered to the viewer were very impressive; particularly the ability to draw coloured lines to designate areas. I bought two plans (1:1250 and 1:500) but after printing found that I could not use the former one because the extremities of the lines (I had drawn) were outside the margins. So I had wasted the cost. May be there was a preview that I had missed. I'm unlikely to be a regular user but I would certainly recommend the service.”

“System is good and quick but red outline doesn't work so well, so l leave blank and mark it up later. As l downloaded from the web the remaining questions are superfluous.”

“It was something I needed for my small extension. I did already have some plans from before but it seems that they only last a short while. Not through your fault but the government. It was quick and easy.”
